The FBI Chef School and Patisserie Academy now a national brand was formed in 2005, by Chef Lesley Jacobs and Chef Nicolas D. van der Walt. Both internationally acclaimed in their respective fields. The FBI Chef School and Patisserie Academy does not only specialize in Pastry, sugar and chocolate craft, but also reaches full culinary programs resulting a in a well-balanced all-round chef.  It is here where aspiring chefs will be have the opportunity to train in this time-honoured culinary art at an internationally accredited institution under highly qualified, internationally acclaimed chefs.
