- 1. Toss together tomatoes, onion and olive oil in a bowl. 2. Mix cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise and lemon juice together to form coleslaw. 3. Place pilchards, a few spoons full of beans, coleslaw, and tomato sambals and fresh mint onto the wrap, fold and enjoy.
