MAGGI Thai Pumpkin Soup Granules
375 milliliter
Boiling Water
250 milliliter
Flour
5 milliliter
Baking Powder
0 pinch
Salt
THAI PUMPKIN FRITTERS
  1. Preheat a fryer to 180°C or heat oil in a pot. Add the soup granules to the boiling water in a pot and simmer for 20mins Remove from heat and allow to cool before adding the egg, mixing well to combine. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well. Deep fry spoonful’s of the mixture until golden brown then serve.
