Let me introduce you to this Baobab Coconut Smoothie which is as flavoursome, as it is creamy. You will only need 5 ingredients, and five minutes of your time. Just blend and go. What’s not to love? This Baobab Coconut Smoothie is now here to stay in my life, and is my current go-to smoothie. Feel free to experiment with this smoothie recipe. If you are not a big fan of almond milk, use greek yoghurt for a thicker consistency (which is oh-so-yum!), or coconut milk. Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients

1 banana

300 ml almond milk

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

2 tbsp date syrup

2 tbsp baobab powder

 

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high speed for 1 – 2 minutes.

Serve immediately
